Shrimath follows the principles of Yoga Nidra as taught by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, founder Bihar School of Yoga but have introduced 4 levels. The method to list as well as filter desires to be used in Yoga Nidra to experience greater depth and better results, is taught in the course.
Other processes like Yogasana, Pranayama, Sakshi Bhava, Mantra etc, specific to deepening Yoga Nidra would be shared.
